” TITLED LOVE “

TITLED LOVE

He whispered in my mind,
The words I longed for
When I glanced at him,
Through the lines he clothed

I got soundly exposed,
To the feelings I craved
When I touched him,
On the weary pages he owned

TITLED LOVE

He held me like a feather,
So weightless, set to fly
As I flipped to the last page,
Of the book he was called

I saved a portion in me,
the endless soul of him
As a shadow of my thoughts,
That the sun failed to wipe

And this love for him,
found a place within me,
That I thought was lost
